Newman v. Newman, Georgia Supreme Court, Docket S12F1549, October 1, 2012
Parties executed prenuptual agreeement where both parties recognized that there were ambiguities and stated so in the agreeement. Husband sought to invalidate prenuptual agreement as void by inclusion of the language recognizing the ambiguities. Georgia Supreme Court upheld trial court’s inclusion of the prenuptual agreeement because the parties “reached a complete agreement regarding the disposition of property in the event their marriage ended in divorce.”
